| We will refund most merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Customized items, unsealed books, and software cannot be refunded, however, defective merchandise will be dealt with on a case by case basis. International sales are considered final, with exception of product defects. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for headsets, flight cases, and luggage. The restocking fee will be waived for product exchanges. The customer is responsible for shipping fees on a returned item. |
